House Rules & Regulations

Failure to follow house Rules can result in termination of our rental agreement and you may be asked to leave the property without a refund or pay up to 25,000 extra as an event fee.

  • No parties, gatherings, meetings, vendors, celebrations, visitors or guests without prior written consent.

  • No outside music after 9pm, only two speakers at a time and they should be facing the ocean.

  • Quiet hour everywhere on the property is 10pm.

  • No Smoking anywhere on the property.

  • Do not exceed the number of guests allowed in each house. Please do not bring extra mattresses or have people sleep on couches. If you do not know the limit for each house please reach out to us.

  • Nothing heavy on the grass. For example: Kegs, coolers, boxes of wine, heat lamps etc…

  • No parking on Willow Camp Way.

  • Pool should be covered when not in use.

  • Dog poop should be cleaned up. Dogs that “dig” in the garden should be on leash. Dogs need to be on a leash or on verbal control at all times.

  • Please do not arrive before checkin time (including your guests and vendors) and please leave before checkout.

  • Fires should be watched and put out. No open flames during red flag warnings.

  • Do not move furniture around without consent.

  • Please ensure all of your garbage is completely in the bins and not exposed to animals. If you have more than the bins can hold please remove trash from the property.

  • Portable toilets are forbidden in Stinson Beach
